Gitte var både meget omhyggelig og samtidig åben for spørgsmål. Hun formåede at sætte teorien i kontekst og gav gode, relaterbare eksempler.

Vi var flere fra samme organisation men med meget forskellige roller, der deltog på kurset sammen, og kurset gav os helt klart en større fælles forståelse.

We had some awsome days with exciting, professional discussions and teaching at eye level. The course gave me some concrete tools on how to help my teams build quality into their solutions, and a lot of ideas on how to help my organization move forward.

The course tought me how to think quality into a scaled setup. The voice model gave me a better understanding of how to talk to others in the organization about quality and how to deliver the quality they need. Although it is a test course, I think it is relevant to anyone working with agile maturation.

Gitte is an amazing communicator who provided room for dialogue in the classroom without letting it run off the track. Furthermore, it was great to be able to learn from with others who work in the same domain.
